Who is The Yard?

The Yard runs four gymnastics sites across Singapore (Dempsey, Jurong, Bukit Timah and Dover), where qualified coaches are in short supply.

The challenge

As The Yard grew, hiring needed to be faster, more consistent and easier to manage across every site, instead of each location handling it separately.

Our approach

Hiring funnel: We built one central careers funnel where coaches could see the roles and apply in a few steps.

Automation and tracking: Applications were sorted and followed up automatically, with tracking so the team could see where the best candidates came from.

The results

The Yard now has one hiring system for every site, making it quicker to find and onboard coaches as it expands
