Overview

We partnered with Swan Academy to deliver a full-scale marketing and digital transformation tailored for parents of young athletes. The project included a complete website redesign focused on clarity, trust, and seamless navigation for busy families.

We built out their CRM system to streamline enrolment and communication, designed high-converting sales funnels, and created consistent branding across all touchpoints. Alongside this, we managed paid advertising campaigns and email marketing sequences to drive bookings and increase engagement.

Problems

Swan Academy came to us with a clear mission but a set of complex challenges holding them back. Their existing website was outdated and difficult for parents to navigate, leading to confusion and missed opportunities for enrolments. There was no CRM in place, which meant admin-heavy manual processes for managing trials, bookings, and follow-ups - often resulting in missed leads and extra workload for staff.

Their branding was inconsistent across platforms, which affected their professional image and made it harder to build trust with new families. Despite running classes and camps regularly, they lacked a clear funnel or digital strategy to turn interest into action. Ads were being run without clear targeting or tracking, and email marketing was sporadic at best. Swan Academy needed a streamlined system, a strong brand identity, and a results-driven marketing approach to match the scale of their operations and ambitions.

Solutions

To solve these challenges, we delivered a full-scale marketing and digital overhaul for Swan Academy. First, we built a brand-new website designed with parents in mind — easy to navigate, mobile-friendly, and focused on driving conversions. Alongside this, we implemented a custom CRM system to automate enrolments, trial follow-ups, and client communication, saving staff hours of admin work each week.

We crafted compelling ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, backed by structured funnels that guided parents from discovery to booking. We also standardised their branding across every touchpoint  (online and offline) to build trust and recognition.
